Lisa Pye & Associates is a change management firm founded in 1999 in suburban Chicago, Illinois, USA. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

You may visit lisapye.com without disclosing any personal information. We do not request or collect any personally-identifying information from your visit, unless you complete a contact form.

Contact forms

If you complete a contact form on our site, you will be required to submit your name, email address and telephone number, at minimum. If you submit a resume for review, you are also granting us access to additional personal information such as your geographic location, education level, employers and other demographic data.

Use and Sharing of Information

We may store and transfer this information for future outreach directly related to prospective engagements. We do not share your information with third parties, except to provide engagement team information to prospective or existing clients or if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the requirements of law, the orders of a courts or agencies, and/or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property and/or (c) protect the personal safety of users any of our site.

You will not receive newsletters or marketing material from us unless you voluntarily subscribe. We engage a PR firm to produce our newsletter, and your contact information will be provided to that entity. Under separate agreement, the firm is prohibited from sharing or using our mailing list for other purposes.

We do not collect or store information concerning the computer hardware and software you are using when visiting our site, such as:  the IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses.
